Let's Learn An Animal is based off my love and obsession with taxonomy and the classification of animals, plants and fungi. This page is for posting small introductions to species you have probably never heard of and give you the facts based off of their lifestyle and period they existed in.

What qualifies?
Literally any living thing. Most of these species will be animal but I would really like to delve into plant and fungi species as well, since they are just as fascinating! Can be extant or extinct from any geological time period, past or present. No viruses or bacteria as we are only delving into the 3 kingdoms: animalia, plantae and fungi (or Eukaryota).
